Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and collect as little data as possible. This page explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
Last updated: October 28, 2026
What we collect
We only collect what you send us yourself through the contact form, email or WhatsApp:
- Your full name, and your company name if any.
- Your phone number or email so we can reply.
- The service you need and the details of your request.
The website never asks you to create an account and does not collect any payment details.
How we use your data
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To deliver and follow up on the service we agree on.
- We will not send you marketing messages without your consent.
Sharing
We never sell or rent your data. It may pass through service providers we rely on to run the website and talk to you, such as website hosting, email, WhatsApp and the form delivery service. We do not share it with anyone else unless a competent legal authority requires it.
Cookies and tracking
The website uses no advertising cookies and no ad tracking. We only remember your language choice in your browser. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read most; it uses no cookies and does not identify you. Our hosting provider may log technical data such as IP address and browser type, and use essential cookies to protect the site from attacks.
Security and retention
The website runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the team members handling your request can see your data. We keep it for as long as we need it to serve you or to meet a legal obligation, then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data by emailing us at the address below.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the website change, and we publish the date of the latest update at the top of this page.
